The City of Edinburg, proudly recognized as a Hometown of Heroes, invites the community to gather in solemn remembrance as we honor 90 fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. The ceremony will take place Friday, May 22, 2026 | 10:00 AM at Edinburg Municipal Auditorium, 200 N. 7th Ave., Edinburg, TX.
This meaningful ceremony serves as a powerful reminder that freedom is never free and that the courage and sacrifice of Edinburg’s heroes will never be forgotten.

We extend a heartfelt and personal invitation to all City of Edinburg Gold Star Families to join us for this tribute honoring your loved ones. Your presence is deeply meaningful, and we stand with you in remembrance, gratitude, and respect.
General parking will be available near:
- Edinburg Municipal Auditorium
- Edinburg City Hall
- Surrounding downtown areas
