EDINBURG, Texas – In recognition of Black History Month, the City of Edinburg Cultural Arts ACE Center invites the community to join a special monthlong celebration honoring Black culture, creativity, and storytelling, proudly uplifting and amplifying local Black voices.
Free Black History Month Painting Class

Community members of all skill levels are invited to enjoy a guided painting experience centered on creativity, culture, and personal expression. All supplies will be provided while supplies last.
