She was born in Cadereyta Jimenez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin Texas in 1998.  Viviana also attended the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Monterrey Campus and obtained her MBA, she also attended UT-Pan American, and the Fachhochschule Nordostniedersachsen university in Lüneburg, Germany.

All this preparation started because her parents wanted her to learn English. “My parents wanted us to learn English so we moved from Mexico to the United States to learn the language,” she stated.

After living there for some time she moved from Los Angeles to McAllen and having worked in public relations and marketing, she decided to do what she knew best: consulting, marketing, and PR. “In LA I gained experience working at amazing events such as the Grammys and the Billboards so I decided to launch VOGGO Agency for Marketing, PR and Business Consulting.  It’s been 10 years and still counting.”

Viviana keeps very active, and through her agency, VOGGO, participates in conferences, seminars, and expos. That is her primary connection with clients and potential clients in need of expert advise.

In today’s world, to advertise is not as easy as it used to be, when you try to reach certain audiences to promote your business you will find out that the market is totally fragmented and not one media outlet will reach one hundred percent of your target audience. Reflecting on this is why it’s important to have professionals in advertising like Viviana.

“We are unique because we have a very strong marketing background and are highly experienced in this field.  We do not sell just to sell.” She said, “If our client does not need it, we do not offer or sell it.”

Viviana pointed out that the agency was designed to work in the best interest of the client. “We always tell our clients, as your agency I become your lawyer, I will defend you and make sure to convey your message to the right audiences to promote your business.”

In addition she said that through her agency she has served many clients, worked on numerous projects and events like: Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, Seminars, Tournaments, and Fundraisers, etc.

“We also have a very strong network where through them we are able to offer our services. On the PR side, we create tactical press releases and release them to all media outlets.  As we like to describe it we bring the “Lights, Camera, Action” to your event,” she finalized TBB
