At a special ceremony Thursday, South Texas College president Dr. Ricardo J. Solis signed the official partnership agreement and participated in a program ribbon cutting with NEI that begins recruitment efforts for students.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at Laredo Port of Entry this weekend apprehended two men wanted in connection with outstanding felony arrest warrants for alleged crimes of a sexual nature in two separate incidents.
