MISSION— On Tuesday, Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Small Business Administration of the Lower Rio Grande Valley and the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce will hold ICE’s Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program and worksite workshops in Mission, TX. These workshops will bring together business and restaurant owners to learn more about the IMAGE program, employment eligibility forms and procedures, how to properly file I-9 forms and how to conduct a self-audit. The SBA will also discuss local resources to help your business grow through counseling and advising, various financial programs and government contracting opportunities.
*An official from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) will be available for interviews and to answer questions to media during the first session from 9:30-11:30 am
These workshops are hosted by ICE HSI in conjunction with the SBA of the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
