MISSION, TX – The Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Annual Awards Banquet a little differently this year. Given the “COVID” times we are living in, the team of the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce has done its best to adjust while remaining a resource to its members, and carry on with the same commitment to its programming. They plan to continue to do the same with the Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Ceremony.

This year, the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce is taking a virtual approach in bringing together businesses and community leaders to celebrate the organizations’ accomplishments, its newly elected board of directors, its loyal members, and supporters. This year’s event will be held virtually and supporters can log on to partake in the recognition from the comfort and safety of their homes.

As a tradition, the Mission Chamber will be recognizing the achievements of its members and those making an impact in the community by presenting the following awards to this year’s recipients: Business of the Year Award to Dipit By Pilar, Business Leader of the Year Award to Trung Nguyen of Royal Technologies, and the Community Impact Award to South Texas Juvenile Diabetes Association.

Enriquez says, “our 3 new Board of Directors complement our organization and existing board very well, their shared enthusiasm to serve our board ensures us they are a great reflection of our business community.”
