Edinburg Tropical Smoothie Café® to Host a Grand Opening Event on July 5th Celebrating with Giveaways and Product Tasting

Edinburg, Texas – Residents will be in for a treat on Thursday, July 5, as the Tropical Smoothie Café located on 508 W. Trenton Road, Ste I will hold a Grand Opening Event starting at 7:00 a.m.

The newest café will celebrate the Grand Opening Event with giveaways, product tastings, and a lively atmosphere. The first 50 guests to make a purchase inside the cafe on Thursday, July 5, will receive free smoothies for a year*(purchase required). There will be $0.99 Smoothies all day (limit 2 per person at promotional price, in-café only), free smoothie & food samplings throughout the day.  In addition, Smoothie Man will be making appearances for photos during the day, with the first 50 guests at 7:00 a.m., and during the ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. As if that’s not enough, Tropical Smoothie Café will have a live radio remote with KVLY 107.9 FM from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with giveaways for listeners.

After opening 4 locations in Cameron County, the franchisees noticed a demand for the healthy products Tropical Smoothie Café provides in their neighboring Hidalgo County, specifically in the McAllen/Edinburg area, so this was their natural expansion area for the brand, making this their first in Hidalgo County. They have been franchisees since 2017 and serving their community’s demand for healthy quality products made with fresh ingredients.  They will definitely open other locations in the future.
