Ryan and Bridgett Krause are the phenomenal team that makes up Dream Big Facility, a ‘capital development’ company. As Ryan stated, “Capital development is the development of people. People are the most important asset that an organization has.” Simply put, Dream Big Facility is in the business of leadership development and personal growth. Both Ryan and Bridgett are international trainers, speakers, and executive coaches with the John C. Maxwell leadership team. Through the John C. Maxwell organization, they teach and mentor 14,000 individuals all over the world in over 140 different countries.
Bridgett is the founder and CEO of Dream Big Facility. Prior to starting Dream Big Facility, she was the successful owner of a million-dollar company for eight years, right here in Texas. She studied the personal growth arena for twelve years before finding the John C. Maxwell team. Initially, she joined the team in order to pour into the employees she had at that time. Once she joined the team, she realized that not only was she growing herself and her business, but that leadership development and personal growth was a business – in Bridgett’s words, “one that [she] absolutely loves and is passionate about.”
Before the Dream Big Facility, Ryan had made a noteworthy career out of developing businesses from the inside out. Rather than focusing on the individual people, however, he would find and create ways to help businesses operate more efficiently and effectively on a structural and organizational level. Throughout his twenty-plus years of experience, he was able to turn failing companies around, and help many businesses see success that they could have never imagined.
A goal of Dream Big Facility is to help businesses become more successful than they have been. “We go in and speak with the leadership of a company. We find out what challenges they are currently facing, and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Then, we custom-build a training for that organization.” said Bridgett.
