The Children’s Museum of Brownsville is seeking out highly motivated volunteers between the ages of 15-17 to participate in their Youth Volunteer Program.

For a period between June 18 and August 17, volunteers will have the opportunity to work directly with local children during one of the museum’s many Summer Camps. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to earn valuable experience, references, and volunteer hours for both college and job applications, as well as participate in activities that benefit and enrich the lives of the children of our community.

Volunteers should be self-motivated individuals who are equal parts energetic and caring, as well as able to follow instructions and assist in leading groups. Requirements for volunteers include a copy of their driver’s license, Texas ID or school ID, and immunization records before an interview can be scheduled.
