Texas Gov. Gregg Abbott has appointed Harlingen native Jimmie Limon, UTRGV lecturer and assistant to THE MBA director in the Robert C. Vackar College of Business & Entrepreneurship, to the Texas Product Development and Small Business Incubator Board. One of five appointees this year, Limon’s term is for five years ending in 2023. The PDSBI provides financing to aid in the development, production and commercialization of new and improved products to foster and stimulate the development of small businesses in the state.
