Acting workshops are available for kids ages 9-12 & 13-17 and for adults at the Pharr Community Theater (PCT), 213 W Newcombe Ave. Pharr, TX.
After school classes for kids begin October, 3 through November 3, 2018. Six-week sessions with two 90 minute classes per week (18 hours) cost only $100. The Instructors are Juan Guerra, Maria Alvarado & Pedro Garcia.
The adult class, a one day-4 hour workshop, based on acting and self-taped auditions, will be held October 20 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The cost for this workshop is only $35 per student.
Class size for kids is limited to 10 students and up to 40 for the one-day adult workshop. Workshops are held 4 to 6 times a year. Portions of the proceeds are to help PCT continue its annual theater programming.
