Chamber seeking vendors to participate

McAllen Chamber of Commerce All About Women 15th annual “A Christmas Affair” is scheduled for Thursday, December 8 at the McAllen Chamber, 1200 Ash Ave., beginning with a cocktail & hors d’oeuvres reception from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., and continuing with shopping, door prizes, mini-fashion show, holiday makeovers and music until 8:00 p.m.
“This Christmas-themed social, networking event offers our member businesses the opportunity to showcase their products or services giving them an opportunity to grow their small or home-based businesses by offering their products as unique gift ideas – just in time for Christmas gift shopping,” said Gerry Garcia, McAllen Chamber Vice President of Special Projects. “It’s also the perfect occasion to get together with friends for a girl’s night out and to connect with other women in our community.”
A six-foot skirted table is available to Chamber member vendors for $60.00 and $75.00 for non-members. Some of the items showcased include apparel, silver & fashion jewelry, Christmas wreaths & décor, unique arts & crafts, pampering & beauty products, candles, specialty treats, baked gourmet goods and much more! Entrance is absolutely free and open to the public. “A Christmas Affair” is sponsored by Women’s Clinic of South Texas, Convention & Expo Management Services, On the Grill Catering, Cabritos Nuevo Leon, and Lift Your Spirits Balloon Décor.
