(August 12, 2019) – Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI) announced today that Venture X is leasing 12,700 SF at Trenton Crossing Shopping Center in McAllen, Texas.
In 2012, Venture X was founded by father and son team, David and Brett Diamond in Naples, Florida. By 2016, this shared office space company became a member of United Franchise Group (UFG). To date, they have sold 100+ locations across five countries and nine states. This will be the first location in McAllen, and the third in the RGV. The first two are in Brownsville and Harlingen. Venture X McAllen is scheduled to open Q1 2020.
Trenton Crossing Shopping Center is a dynamic mixed-use power center offering retail and office space. One of the metro area’s four Target stores anchors this center along with Marshalls, Ross, Bealls, Hobby Lobby and PetSmart.
