VIDA’s Executive Director
Priscilla Dinn Alvarez
will be retiring on March 31, 2022. Priscilla served the organization for over 20 years in a variety of capacities, including program and workforce development. Her transformational leadership, along with her expertise in program services, helped VIDA receive national recognition. Priscilla’s presence will be dearly missed, but we wish her the absolute best in her future endeavors.

Felida Villarreal
VIDA Board of Directors named Felida Villarreal as the new Executive Director effective April 1, 2022. Felida has worked at VIDA for two years as Director of Finance and most recently, Deputy Executive Director. Felida received her BBA and Masters in Accounting from UTRGV and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 7 years of financial management experience. Her expertise in finance and fundraising will help VIDA continue to grow it’s socioeconomic footprint, providing customized support services to more underserved residents of the Rio GrandeValley.
