RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TEXAS – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is the fourth-best university in Texas, according to the Best Colleges in Texas for 2018 rankings.
The list – which was compiled by BestColleges.com – ranks the following schools as the top five in the state:
- The University of Texas at Austin.
- Rice University.
- Texas A&M University.
- UTRGV.
- The University of Texas at Dallas
