RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Thursday that the men’s basketball team will host Texas A&M International on Monday at 6 p.m. at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
Out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans will not be permitted at this game.

This game replaces the contest originally scheduled for Monday at Incarnate Word that was canceled due to a positive COVID-19 test of Tier 1 personnel within the Incarnate Word men’s basketball program.
UTRGV is 8-0 all-time against Texas A&M International, including a 79-52 last season at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
