RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics unveiled on Thursday the baseball spirit flag program, which gives fans the chance to #RallyTheValley by getting an orange UTRGV flag with the purchase of a baseball season ticket.

Any fan taking part in the program can purchase the flag and their first general admission season ticket for $150 and any addition tickets for $125 each.

Each flag features the ‘V’ logo on an orange background and measures 3’x5’.

Additionally, fans who have already purchased or renewed their baseball season tickets for the 2021 season can contact Ochoa to purchase the flag separately.

“The flags are a great way to show your UTRGV pride at home or at the office,” UTRGV Deputy Director of Athletics/Chief Revenue Officer Vince Volpe said. “It takes a village to #RallyTheValley. We hope you will join us in planting your flag today!”

UTRGV is currently projected to play about 30 home games.
