EDINBURG – The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency will be hosting the ceremonial unveiling of its new Special Response Mobile Unit. This unit is customized to extend agency services to Hidalgo County areas in need. It will be used on-site as a remote substation to help clients in the event of an emergency or natural disaster.Â
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Wednesday, February 19th atÂ
10:00 am at the Hidalgo County Precinct 4 Community Endowment Center, located at 107 N. Sunflower Rd., Edinburg, TX.
The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency’s mission is to improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency of low income and vulnerable households by providing effective, efficient and comprehensive services through partnerships and direct funding.
