EDINBURG, Texas – The City of Edinburg is gearing up for a cosmic celebration as the annual UFO Festival & Conference returns to the Edinburg Arts, Culture & Events Center (ACE Center) from November 20–22, 2025. The three-day event will feature immersive panels, headline speakers, family activities, local lore, and a community-wide celebration of wonder and discovery.

This year’s festival reaches new heights with the arrival of the stars from the hit History Channel series Ancient Aliens. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive evening of conversation, photo opportunities, and fan engagement with leading theorists and investigators—designed for believers, skeptics, science enthusiasts, and anyone curious about what lies beyond our skies.

The experience begins on Day 1 with an open mic dedicated to one of Edinburg’s most talked-about mysteries: the 1966 UFO incident. Free and open to the public, this evening invites select community members to share firsthand accounts and generational stories that keep this local legend alive. Sign-ups take place at the door.

On Friday, November 21, the Ancient Aliens Live Tour takes center stage, featuring Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, Nick Pope, and Jason Martell as they delve into ancient mysteries, extraterrestrial theories, and emerging discoveries. Tickets start at $40 (plus fees) at edinburgufo.com/tickets. VIP Photo Op packages—sold separately—include a group photo with the cast, a digital download, and a signed poster.

Day 3 launches with the Cosmos Panel and a laser light show, guiding audiences through today’s most compelling astrophysics research. This year’s focus includes Comet 3I/ATLAS, the first known interstellar comet to visit our solar system since ’Oumuamua—shedding light on distant worlds and the search for life beyond Earth. Additional laser shows continue throughout the evening at the ACE Center.

Festival-goers can also enjoy Experiencer, a documentary by Nicco Renna exploring dramatic encounters with unexplained phenomena and the emotional journeys of those who have lived them.

The celebration culminates in downtown Edinburg, transformed into an interstellar playground with vendors, sci-fi merchandise, food trucks, carnival rides, LED displays, and a nighttime laser show. The Intergalactic Fashion Show—featuring adult, child, and pet categories—offers up to $1,000 in prizes. Fire dancers, aerial performers, dancing robots, and family-friendly attractions round out the night’s entertainment.
