TxDOT crews continue cleaning storm drains along state highways and staging barricades on roadways prone to flooding, in order to assist in drainage from Tropical Storm Alberto. The City of Edinburg Public Works & TxDOT crews were also busy cleaning storm drain inlets on I-69C near Owassa, in preparation for the storms.

TxDOT crews were also staging barricades on south FM 907 (Alamo Road), near the floodway, to keep motorists and pedestrians out of harms way in case of flooding.
