“Vice Chancellor Miller has served as the overall leader of TSTC Government Affairs for many years. He grew the team from a one-person operation to the high-impact team it

is today. As the team grew and their results improved, our successes grew, too — all thanks to his leadership,” Reeser said.

Miller noted that his work at TSTC has been meaningful.

“It has been a labor of love for me,” Miller said. “I’ve been fortunate to work for a cause I deeply believe in, with dedicated teammates who have been like a second family to me.” Through Miller’s commitment and service to TSTC, the college has seen extraordinary growth and progress. With his support, TSTC implemented its outcomes-based funding model through the Returned-Value Funding Formula. He was integral in expanding the college’s statewide footprint in East Williamson County, Fort Bend County, and North Texas.
