TRAFFIC ALERT- Southbound I-69C Lane/Ramp Closures, April 15th -16th

EDINBURG/PHARR – Nighttime ramp and lane closures are planned this week on southbound I-69C in Edinburg and Pharr for overhead sign replacements.

On Wednesday, April 15, between 9 P.M. and 5 A.M., drivers will encounter ramp and lane closures between US Business 281 (Closner Blvd.) and Nolana Avenue.

The following night, April 16, 2026, between 9 P.M. and 5 A.M., drivers will encounter ramp and closures at Owassa Road.

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid delays.

April 15, 2026, Wednesday night 9 P.M. – 5 A.M.

1. I-69C SB @ BUS 281 (Exit 10) – Entrance ramp closure, and 1-right lane closure 
   
    
2. I-69C SB @ Trenton Rd (Exit 3) – Entrance ramp closure, and 1-right lane closure 
   
    
3. I-69C SB @ Nolana (FM 3461) Exit 1E – Entrance ramp closure, and 1-right lane closure

April 16, 2026, Thursday night 9 P.M. – 5 A.M. 

I-69C SB @ Owassa Rd (Exit 2) – Entrance ramp closure, exit ramp closure, and 1-right lane closure
