McALLEN – FM 676, also known as Auburn Avenue and Mile 5 Road, in McAllen, will reopen to through traffic, between Taylor Road and Ware Road, starting at 3 p.m., Friday, November 22.
This segment of FM 676, which is currently being widened to four lanes with a continuous turn lane and 10-foot shoulders, was closed earlier this year for siphoning work at an irrigation canal.
