WESLACO– FM 1015 in Weslaco will be reduced from four lanes to two lanes, between Interstate 2 and US Business 83, starting Wednesday, January 29.
The lane reductions, installing one northbound and one southbound lane, will be in place for approximately six months while a TxDOT contractor reconstructs the existing roadway.
As in any work zone, drivers are advised to slow down, stay alert and look out for construction workers. Motorists are also asked to consider alternate routes to avoid delays.
