•3rd place – Francisco Morin, PSJA North ECHS

In addition to the scholarships, the three students were among dozens who had their pieces showcased during former First Lady Laura Bush’s visit last fall to Palmer Elementary. During her visit to PSJA, she highlighted the district’s conservation efforts and designated it a Conservation Wrangler for not only preserving the natural habitat but creating outdoor classrooms where students can learn the importance of maintaining the unique ecosystem of the region.

Congratulations!
