El Paso, Texas— The celebration for the 15th year anniversary of the El Paso DWI Drug Court Program will be hosted by Mountain Star Rehabilitation Foundation. State Representative Joe Moody and Judge Robert Anchondo will be some of the keynote speakers. The event will recognize individuals whose lives have been transformed by the treatment and support provided by the program. Media is invited to attend.
