The chamber is re-branding both TechSpace and Idea Lab to reflect the importance of place. The new names are now TechPlace and IdeaPlace. Both TechPlace and IdeaPlace are found at the Chamber’s Creative Incubator at 601 North Main. The incubator is the place for taking ideas from napkin drawing to market space and to connect with other tech entrepreneurs who are looking to develop software, apps and businesses. The mash-up of art, creativity and startups is producing unique collaborations that are making McAllen the hub of innovation and cool ideas. McAllen is the place to be.
