Join the McAllen Chamber All About Women Committee, the City of McAllen and the Law Office of John David Franz at the Legendary Businesswomen’s Luncheon scheduled for Tuesday, December 4 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.

Three successful McAllen businesswomen will be honored as they are given the opportunity to discuss their journeys to success.  The women to be honored are Kay Jancik, owner of Oh Kay’s gift shop, Betty Garza owner of Coldwell Banker La Mansion Real Estate and Sylvia Johnson, owner of the women’s clothing and accessories boutique, Sylvia’s.  Each will be interviewed about their experiences as they developed their business careers. “This will be a great event for women in business to talk about the struggles and triumphs they experienced as they reached their goals,” said All About Women Committee Chairman and Board Member Annette Franz. “Guests will be able to learn what it takes to make it and that sometimes, stumbling blocks lead you to different paths.”

Lunch will be served by Coffee Zone and ladies will also receive a gift from Edible Arrangements. Cost to attend the event is $25 for Chamber members or $35 for non-members. Reserved tables for 8 are also available.  Event sponsors include the City of McAllen, Law Office of John David Franz, Coffee Zone, Convention Expo Management Services and Edible Arrangements.  For more information or to make your reservation, please contact Gerry Garcia at 682-2871.
