The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is proud to present “The Journey of Salsa El Gallo – a Food Manufacturer” at March’s I&E Network. The food industry seems to be growing in the Rio Grande Valley. Many startups have been popping throughout the region. It is easy to start a food business, but difficult to scale it.
Juan Lopez owner of Las Delicias Distributors LLC will be presenting on how he started a salsa business, the challenges he faced, and what is next for his business. His business has been in operation since September 2011. He manufactures salsa products in the RGV with all the FDA approvals and distributes in Texas and the neighbor states. Join us at the next I&E Network on Thursday, March 28th from 6 PM to 8 PM.Â
The I & E Network holds its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, 1200 Ash Ave, McAllen, Texas. The I&E Network is open to all community members that are working on new ideas. RSVP required as seating is limited.
