Brownsville, TX – AYPA Power has signed an option to lease with the City of Brownsville to construct and install battery energy storage facilities and other solar photovoltaic electric generation facilities on three acres of land at the City’s New Air + Space Campus located at the Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport.
