Kerrville, TX—Texas Regional Bank (TRB) reaches further into the Texas Hill Country opening its newest, full-service, banking center in Kerrville on Aug 26th.
The TRB team is ready to serve the Kerrville community now that renovation and construction of the bank’s new branch is complete. Now TRB’s 11th branch in Central Texas, this transformation is a blend of history and modernity, preserving the building’s character while offering a touch of TRB’s architectural style.
TRB has tapped local and experienced leader, Justin Foster, to join TRB in August 2024 and lead its newest banking center, naming Foster the Kerrville Market President. Foster is an alumnus of Texas A&M Kingsville as well as ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Joining the TRB family marks a transition in Foster’s career as he returns to the Texas Hill Country after accumulating almost a decade of practiced expertise serving as Vice President of Commercial Loans for Community First National Bank out of Manhattan, Kansas. Foster shared that he believes in the mission TRB is advancing into the Hill Country, stating, “I am building my career serving communities through banking relationships, but this feels really special to me, because I get to use my expertise to serve a community that feels like home.”

The Kerrville branch will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on October 10th. Community members are encouraged to attend, and refreshments will be served. More details will be available in the coming weeks.
The new banking center is located at 601 Main Street, Kerrville, TX. 78028 and will be open and ready to serve the Kerrville community on August 26, with lobby hours 9 AM – 4 PM Monday through Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM on Friday, and drive-thru hours 7 AM – 7 PM Monday through Saturday.
