Harlingen, Texas – Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has appointed Guillermo Gómez as International Banking Factoring Officer. Based at the bank’s corporate headquarters in Harlingen, Gómez will lead the launch of a new line of business in factoring within TRB’s International Private Banking division.

Gómez brings more than 38 years of financial sector experience, specializing in factoring, leasing, and credit product development. Over his career, he has designed and launched factoring solutions for leading institutions, including Mexico’s first electronic factoring platform, and has held senior leadership roles overseeing credit portfolios, product development, and client strategies at both national and international banks.
