CIL Commodities Integrated Logistics (CIL Capital) proudly participated in the 2025 International Paris Air Show, held June 16–22 at Le Bourget. As part of the official Texas delegation organized by the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC) and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development & Tourism, CIL Capital brought a strategic, logistics-focused perspective to one of the most influential aerospace events in the world.

The Paris Air Show, hosted by SIAE—a subsidiary of GIFAS—serves as a global platform where the aerospace industry convenes to exchange innovation, forge international partnerships, and drive investment in advanced infrastructure.

CIL Capital leveraged the event to engage directly with aerospace manufacturers, government stakeholders, and global developers interested in binational industrial capabilities. “Our participation in Paris reflects a long-term vision,” said Silvia de León, Commercial Director at Cil Commodities Integrated Logistics. “We’re building not just facilities, but cross-border solutions for tomorrow’s logistics demands.”

Throughout the first three business-focused days of the show, CIL Capital’s team—comprised of Silvia de León, Astrid Salazar, Ingrid Ulloa, and Dalith Cantú—held high-level meetings to promote the company’s portfolio of industrial parks, distribution hubs, and nearshoring-ready infrastructure located in the Rio Grande Valley and northern Mexico.

“We offer the capacity and flexibility that global manufacturers require,” noted Ingrid Ulloa, Industrial Development Lead at CIL Capital. “The interest in binational warehousing and integrated logistics is stronger than ever, and the Rio Grande Valley is positioned to meet that demand with scalable, ready-to-operate space.”

With a proven track record of industrial development and binational integration, CIL Capital has made its value proposition clear: accessible land, customizable warehousing, and proximity to major international trade corridors. “We’re not here to follow trends,” said Astrid Salazar, Director of Institutional and Government Relations. “We’re shaping the future of how goods move across borders—efficiently, securely, and at scale.”

The Texas booth, recognized as one of the Top 5 “Best in Show” designs, provided a high-visibility platform for select companies to present their offerings to an international audience. For CIL Capital, it was an opportunity to reaffirm its leadership in logistics-centered industrial development.

“Our message to aerospace and advanced manufacturing firms is straightforward,” added Dalith Cantú, Industrial Development Executive. “If you’re looking for expansive warehouse space and seamless binational operations, CIL Capital delivers both—strategically, and with results.”

CIL Capital acknowledges the support of the TxEDC and its partners, which helped make the international mission possible. The company extends special recognition to its four delegates—Astrid Salazar, Dalith Cantú, Silvia de León, and Ingrid Ulloa—for their exceptional representation and leadership at the event.
