Mexico’s upstream oil and gas regulator Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) recently approved a series of exploration and appraisal plans submitted by private sector firms and state oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) including drilling an onshore exploration well by Servicios Múltiples de Burgos SA de CV (SMB) at the Misión block in Nuevo León and Tamaulipas states.
