CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS. – Terracon, a leading provider of environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials consulting engineering services, announced the opening of a new office in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Founded on April 22, 1965, Terracon traces its roots to a small engineering firm in Iowa. With more than 140 offices nationwide and more than 4,000 employees, they serve a diverse set of markets including transportation, federal and local government, energy, oil and gas, power generation and transmission, commercial/retail, education and health care.

Terracon’s Corpus Christi office officially opened in 2017 to serve their existing customers and reach potential clients in the area. This office provides Terracon’s four core service lines.

Providing professional services in Corpus Christi since 2004, Terracon has contributed to a number of projects in the Corpus Christi area including the Citgo to Gila Transmission Line, Barite Facility, Town Place Suites, TxDOT projects, various HEB sites as well as numerous tank farms and oil storage facilities in the area.
