Cardoza, a Brownsville native, earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She began her journey with Terracon as a part-time administrative assistant while completing her studies. Upon graduation, she transitioned to the marketing team and, in 2009, relocated to the Rio Grande Valley. Based in Pharr, Cardoza has been instrumental in driving the company’s revenue growth, enhancing community engagement, and delivering exceptional client service.
