EDINBURG, Texas â€“ The USL Championship announced on Tuesday that Taiberson Nunes was selected for the USL Championship Team of the Week for Week 4 of the 2020 season.

The Brazilian earned his second start of the season for RGV FC on Sunday night. Although the Toros were trailing all throughout the matchup against South Texas rival San Antonio FC, Taiberson continued to be a threat.

Before the late equalizer, the midfielder was stopped by the post twice before being able to put one in the back of the net during stoppage time in the second half.
