McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating Leonel Dominguez.
McAllen Officers report a sexual assault of a person younger than 14 years of age. The sexual assault of a child occurred in July 2025 and Investigators identify the suspect as Leonel Dominguez. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause was established to issue a warrant of arrest for Leonel Dominguez for Aggravated Sexual Assault, a First-Degree Felony.
Leonel Dominguez is described as 25 years of age, approximately 5’ 04” in height, approximately 125 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. Leonel Dominguez has a last known address in Palmhurst, Texas.
