Help your kids stay sharp this summer. Come and explore the wonderful world of dinosaurs, native animals, native plants, rocks, water and more this summer at Quinta Mazatlán. The summer series includes Wednesday Flashlight Nights, Wednesday Yoga Evenings, Thursday FAMILY FUN Nights, Photo Fun Fridays, Saturday Nature Nuggets, Youth Nature Photo Contest and weekly half-day camps through August.
The Discovery Camps add an educational element to kids’ time off! The half-day summer camps are offered from Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to noon for two age groups, early drop-off is available. Children ages 5 to 8 can choose from camps such as Nature Art & Artists, Yoga & Cooking, Dino-Detectives, Wonders of Wildlife and Wildlife Scientists. Youth ages 9 to 13 will have unique camp experiences including Young Paleontologist, Junior Botanists, Camp TALON (Teen Adventures Learning Ornithology & Nature), Naturalist Academy and Yoga, Cooking & more. The screen will take you to the “Online Search Process”, scroll to “Quinta Mazatlán” for the “Location” to search for the program menu regarding the “Nature Discovery Camp” series.
Quinta Mazatlán also invites the entire family to add a little science, nature fun this summer. Weekly programs are offered from Tuesday to Saturday throughout the summer. Tuesday evenings, bring the family for Flashlight Nights from 8 pm to 10:00 pm. Wednesday evenings, adults will enjoy Rooted Yoga at 5:30 pm. Thursdays bring the family between 7 pm and 8 pm for Family Fun nights featuring magic, live animals, music and art. Saturdays your Nature Nuggets, ages 2-5, will enjoy nature-inspired books and themed trail walks at 10am. Please purchase your tickets in advance online at www.quintamazatlan.ticketleap.com.
