MCALLEN, TEXAS – South Texas College is inviting current, prospective, dual credit students, parents, and the community to its three-day summer bash program fair.
The three-day event will be hosted across three campus locations which includes Starr County, Mid-Valley, and Pecan Campus.
The summer bash program fair is a way for students, parents and the community to learn about STC Programs. The event currently has over 45 programs participating at all campuses that vary from applied technology, science and art; that could earn students an associate or bachelor degree. Faculty will be available to discuss program options, career choices, and course requirements.
The summer bash program fair will allow students to independently tour the campus and meet STC’s faculty before the fall semester begins Aug. 23.
Additionally, student services have extended its hours during the event to end at 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and throughout the month of August from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Students will have the opportunity to speak with an advisor, receive assistance with completing the financial aid packet, and/or registering for fall courses.

Starr County Campus 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday, August 6
Mid-Valley Campus 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, August 7
Pecan Campus 9 a.m. -12 p.m.
