Starr County, TX – The Starr County Industrial Foundation (SCIF) is pleased to announce that the 2025 State of the County Address will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Julabe Event Center located at 5501 Acapulco St., in Rio Grande City, TX.
Under the leadership of the Honorable Judge Eloy Vera, Starr County has experienced significant growth, including improvements in infrastructure, economic development, and expanded public services. In his upcoming address, Judge Vera will highlight the county’s recent accomplishments and outline key strategic initiatives designed to ensure continued success and prosperity for all residents.
“Our county has made incredible strides, but the journey is far from over,” said Judge Vera. “The State of the County Address provides an opportunity to celebrate our progress and set the stage for even greater achievements ahead. Together, we will continue to strengthen Starr County and secure a brighter future for our community.”
