The new top rankings were published on OnlineU.org, placing South Texas College Online at the very top of their 2016 Most Affordable Online Colleges list. The ranking is significant as South Texas College Online sees record growth in their student enrollment.

In Fall 2015, South Texas College Online hit a record high enrollment of 5,925 students. Six percent of the total STC student body are taking classes completely online while 17 percent took at least one online class. At the recent rate of growth, South Texas College Online projects its enrollment to be 14,498 by 2020.

There is also a student success specialist component that will ensure students are being guided and encouraged throughout their courses. It is the perfect time for our students to try online classes and see how they can fit these courses into their busy schedules.”
In addition to being recognized as the most affordable online college by OnlineU.org, South Texas College Online has been recognized as a 2015 Military Friendly® School by Victory Media, received the Institutional Commitment to Excellence and Innovation Award from Texas Distance Learning Association in 2012 and was recognized by Best Choice Schools as one of the top 30 Colleges for Online Computer Science Degrees.
