Texas Border Business
PHARR – German Beltran, a senior at PSJA Southwest Early College High School, signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Wiley College near Dallas, today Friday, May 9 in the school’s library. He will be joining his teammate Gerardo Preza at Wiley College this fall.
Beltran is a three-year Captain of the Javelina Soccer Team. He was selected 1st Team All-District for 63-4A the last three years as a midfielder (2012-2014) and was part of the 2014 All-Star Showcase Selection.

He is part of the Dual Language Program and will be graduating with this distinction later this month.
