PHARR, TX – Save the date for the Food Bank RGV’s biggest fundraiser! The 14th Annual Empty Bowls Luncheon and Auction is confirmed for Sept. 17, 2019, at the Pharr Events Center, Pharr, Texas! Sponsorship packages are available for businesses wanting to step up their marketing game while helping feed thousands of children and families right here in the Rio Grande Valley!

Empty Bowls will be held from 11 am to 1:30 pm on September 19, 2019, at the Pharr Events Center, 3000 N. Cage, Pharr, Texas.  There are still slots available for local restaurants to promote their gourmet dishes and sponsorship opportunities for businesses as well. Also, companies and individuals are encouraged to donate unique bowls and silent auction items that help promote their products, services or talents.  

One-of-a-kind ceramic bowls are included with each ticket.  They stand as a reminder for the hunger faced by many throughout the year in the Rio Grande Valley.  At this very popular annual event, local restaurants provide samples of delicious food for ticket holders while music, silent auctions, and mystery boxes keep the festivities going!  Over 950 guests attended last year making this one of the more popular fundraisers so get your tickets soon!
