EDINBURG, Texas — Rio Grande Valley FC President Ron Patel has been invited to speak as part a panel at the inaugural Texas Soccer Summit on Thursday evening at 5 p.m. CT. The panel will address the means by which clubs outside Major League Soccer can become central pillars of their local communities, and how relationships with fans and local businesses can best be fostered to ensure long-term success.
