Pharr, Texas – The Texas Department of Transportation announces that IOC Company will be resurfacing the existing pavement on US 83 from FM 2221 to ½ miles east of SH 364. The contractor will be working from today through the end of February.
The hours of operation will be from Sunday through Thursday between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to observe and follow all posted warning and speed limit signs.
