Mexico City, Mexico – Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) spoke at the “Building a More Competitive U.S.-Mexico Border” Conference in Mexico City about the U.S Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA). During last year’s conference, the Congressman received the ‘Friend of the Americas’ Award by the Border Trade Alliance for his leadership and commitment to increasing the economic and cultural relationship between the United States and Mexico.
“There is too much at stake for us to not pass this trade agreement,” said Congressman Cuellar. “Mexico and Canada are by far our largest trading partners, with commerce between our countries supporting 12 million American jobs.
