EDINBURG – Larry C. Gonzalez, 63, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Edinburg, surrounded by his family. Mr. Gonzalez was preceded in death by his father, Candelario Gonzalez.
Larry is survived by his wife, Alicia Gomez Gonzalez; three children, Laura D. (Jason Kaplan) Gonzalez, Laurence A. Gonzalez, and Aaron L. Gonzalez; his mother, Mary H. Gonzalez; three siblings, Barbara (Ken) Dobbins, Patrick A. (Gladys) Gonzalez, and Charlotte A. (Steve) Nott; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1108 West Hackberry Ave in McAllen. Funeral mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen.
Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
