Norma is married to Cesar Hinojosa an IT Consultant and they have two children, Kayla, 20 is studying Biology at St. Edwards University in Austin, and Cesar Ivan, 13 years old is a middle schools student. Her schedule as a Mom, wife and professional is tight, however she always finds time to give back to her community by participating with local civic organizations. She was the director with The Greater McAllen Association of Realtors for 4 years and a 7-year board member with Habitat for Humanity serving as Chairman & co-chairman two years. Her office has also been a “Miracle Office” with Children’s Miracle Network for almost a decade.
