Judge Gonzales manages the Commercial Insurance and Group Benefits division of Green Insurance Group. He said that, “GIG has a number of commercial clients, but in 2015, we created a new division to expand this market and can now service any size business with all their insurance needs.”

He added, “GIG has created another division, GREENCare. This division specializes in the Affordable Care Act employer mandates, to help businesses avoid the hefty penalties, and provide low cost health program solutions. We work to protect your bottom line.”

Through GREENCare, Judge Gonzales is able to offer “No Cost Health Programs” to business owners with 50+ employees who will be negatively affected by the ACA on January 1, 2016.

GIG has researched and analyzed the law to be able to help their clients. We understand the Affordable Care Act and have made GREENCare as the easiest way to comply with the ACA employer mandate, and avoid steep fines.
